alhamdulillaah haven't increased my weight but no where near my target of 70kgs before I go to Pakistan. drastic measures? I don't want to be on an extremely low card diet where I am restricted and then fall into cheat mode. really need to plan my week and decide what I want to eat in advance to avoid that
also. I am not drinking nearly enough water as I should. need to keep a water bottle near me and drink from it throughout the day so I know how much I'm getting in.
going to try to stick to intermittent fasting as much as possible. here's to a brand new day and not giving up!
