wow fantastic congratulations, can I ask what you are doing is it calories reduced only or are you going to the gym too. Im just about to embark on my weight loss journey and have no idea where to start. all advise welcome

hi, I used to be 12.7 I am only 5 foot 1 inches. so it's quite a bit. I started on the Cambridge diet a few years ago. Then I did weight watchers which I found very helpful. became a I gold member about 10 years ago and got to were I am now. 8.9 but want to be 8.7. The way I do it now is walk 10,000 steps every-day. swim when I can and cycle ( but only on the pavement. DON'T EAT INBETWEEN MEALS. good luck merry mel.
