It's pretty clear from my tracking that I'm eating too many calories per day to lose this extra weight. And of course, it's the weekend. Hopefully I just won't gain any weight this weekend, & will focus on trimming calories next week. I attempted to run last night but my legs weren't having it, so I got on the treadclimber instead. Tonight we're eating out, probably not good, but if I can skip dessert & stick with half an entree maybe I'll do alright. Maybe....
