Self tip before eating any unhealthy foods that I crave: Drink a whole glass of water, and then wait 20 minutes. The water will make you less hungry, and waiting (with distractions if possible) will allow your body to realise that it doesn't actually NEED that food. Very very helpful for when your sister makes chocolate Brownies... Haha!
