Oh hunni, one bad day won't matter. What matters is tomorrow. So you ate over your calories today. Are you going to do that again tomorrow? Or are you going to leave the past where it belongs and approach tomorrow like the new day it is? I've just done the exact same today Andromeda Cassie feel totally sick and really guilty, but after reading your reply of support Frankie _bug I feel so much better. Today has gone and I will start again tomorrow. I will do better 😀 x

In the grand scheme of things 1 day is nothing, as long as you are generally trending. People worry so much about daily calories that they miss the bigger picture. Think of this If you eat meat, it takes 72 hours to go through your system, you eat veg and it can take 24 hours. So you are looking at a rolling 3 day averaging. If I eat too much one day. you can bet that over the next 2 days I will eat less because I feel guilty about doing so and the average is probably less than a regular calorie count. Don't beat yourself up over it :)

if you have a day off track savour every mouthful then back on it the next day 👍 stay motivated. I'm struggling in exactly the same way...
