Breakfast was 2 sunny side up eggs nestled in baby spinach sautéed in ghee, and a dessert minute muffin (2 eggs, 50g golden flaxseed meal, cinnamon, truvia & baking powder) with Walden farms walnut make syrup on top.

Lol I made little holes in the spinach to cook the eggs in while it was in the pan .. Just trying new things 😊
