Woke at 233.6, down 2.2 after Fasting Friday. Started the day with protein coffee and will eat about 4-5 ounces of steak for dinner. I plan to do the same thing tomorrow. Made the decision to cancel my end of June diet break. I had planned to do one every quarter. I have not reached the lower weight I had hoped for after the first one in March. I recently reviewed all my calorie intakes over the past year and found that my attempts at reverse dieting did not work. I'm going to continue alternate day fasting but will only eat about 2250 on my eating days. Depending on my weight at the end of June, I will adjust. This site helped me think it through.
