Surf and Turf on our mid-week grilling. A coworker had a glorious weekend fishing and brought in some red snapper fillets. He asked me if I would like one, so naturally I said yes! Well it was huge, we will get 3 meals out of it at least. So this was the first. I had a bacon wrapped pork loin we were going to cook, and some leftover raw shrimp from Monday nights seafood fest. I sauteed them in butter, and topped the snapper with that. The pork loin was stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeno. I did the asparagus in the air fryer with a few cloves of garlic. Easy clean up and easy eatin'!
