Provided at work as a reward for a recent project. Decided to break my fast a few hours early. I already had two of these. 800 calories/120 carbs each. Yeah this is why 'no solid food' fasts are normally my "go to" from Sunday night to Friday night... How can you 'regulate/moderate'? I simply can't...

Awe man...how did you stop at two??? I'd be screwed until they disappeared....that tray of buns is at least equal to almost a week's worth of serious biking (12 hours plus)...
