With the hotter weather upon us and all of us workin our butts off in the gym, we should all be keeping our electrolytes in check. Here are some simple ways to do that. (Without Gatorade) Not on this list was watermelon 🍉, one of my favorites, watermelon is a great way to replenish electrolytes. Also most avocados pack more potassium than a banana.

When fasting I usually have a concoction of acv, lemon juice, sea salt, and dash of cream of tartar..
