So very glad you went to the doctor. What did they say about your heart rate —fever, infection? And what about the tummy swelling.

Ouch! I had a UTI last Fall. Had a temp. of 103.6. Local Hospital treated me really well and I went home a few hrs after going to the E.R. But I feel your pain. Hope you're much better today.

Glad it wasn’t very serious! My vitamin D stays low. It’s supposed to be double that of the ‘normal’ person and I can’t keep it in the normal range let alone what they want it at lol. They have me a 50,000 iud weekly pill and that kept it above normal and almost in my range but the over the counter pills never keep it up. Makes me so darn tired and achy when it gets low. My pcp said adding muscle will help bone health whichever in turn helps vitamin d. I guess I’ll see.

Try taking VITAMIN D3 10,000 IU DAILY FOR TWO WEEKS then a daily dose of 2,000-6,000 IU after and then retest your level. A normal vitamin D level should be 30 or higher. I had a vitamin D level of 18 and after I completed the above supplementation my vitamin D level got up to 50 however I want my higher since trying to get pregnant. Most people have low levels of vitamin D. Some doctors will suggest a once or twice weekly supplementation with vitamin D3 however a daily dose of vitamin D seems to be better absorbed and gets your levels up! Drink lots of water for bladder infection.Good luck!!

Jcmama777 my vitamin D deficiency is not severely, I did not asked for number or levels, I am an inexpert and I forget everything when I am at the doctor office. 🤦‍♀️🙆‍♀️ My vitamin D2 prescribed is 50,000 IU one capsule by mouth once a week per 6 weeks. I have to go back to the doctor after the 6 weeks.

D- I have been forcing myself to be outside lately, I started feeling lazy by the end of last year because the weather was bad❄, the good weather is already here but I am still feeling low energy, now that I know I need the sun, I will be outside even if I don't feel like. 🌞

Kenna, I did not have fever, they did not find nothing about the stomach issue and heart rate. 🤔😐 PS. My heart rate has been back to normal the last 3 days.
