Lunch today: Leftover Brats and brussels. I probably didn't need two or maybe not all the brussels, but I did eat the whole thing. Hopefully keep me satiated through the 3pm doldrums.

I adore brussels, especially with a little burn on the edges. Did you roast them? Or grill them?

I do normally roast them, this time I tossed them in avocado oil with some roughtly chopped garlic, and put it in the air fryer! I forget how long i cooked them the first time, but they needed longer. If you have an air fryer, you might want to experiment with the time.
