I am 4'11" tall with shoes on. My heartbeat has stopped 😐😨💔

Keilin—- your BP is a little low. Chronic low level dehydration will cause both a low BP and a higher heart rate.. I don’t think you do Keto but take a look at your food diary and see how much sodium and Potassium you are typically taking in. You need a certain amount of sodium in your diet to help your body hang on to fluids which provide both BP and HR support. As far as shrinking—- one of the issues related to some WOE Is that without fruits and vegetables that provide us with valuable nutrients, your body goes after what it needs from whatever source it finds and that is often your bones. Alcohol can cause bone loss, binging and purging can cause bone loss. Lots of issues. I’m so glad you went to the doctor. You did good.

I never heard that we could shrink while pregnant, but that our feet grow...mine did thankful they went back

Thank you so much Kenna, I will take a look at my food logged, it may be dehydration, I don't drink alcohol,and no purges.

@Keilin_4 Welcome to the club lol I use to be 4'11" but I'm now 4'8" :( I def didnt need to shrink anymore
