美女楼主,虽然我知道这些都是你静心配比过热量和碳水的营养餐,不过作为大胃王的我,真心忍不住想问楼主一顿吃这些吃得饱嘛?🤣🤣🤣表打我😛

吃得饱的,还有一杯美式。酸奶碗我基本都是1-2小时后当加餐吃的。
