lunch with a friend today. Did not eat all the blue cheese or all the lettuce. Even though that cheese was divine, I just couldn't fit it!

Looks yummy, except the bleu cheese - the only time I've liked bleu cheese is Roquefort in salad dressing, and I haven't seen that in probably 50 years!

Okay, I need to know did I miss a class or something on cooking and plating? Damn it, you all are good ..... If I had you all to help me make meals, I'd look like a beast (in a good way of course) ....! Can't wait to see what's next.....

Haha, we eat with our eyes! But I can not take credit for the presentation, we were out to lunch at Beck's Prime. @Debbie, my husband is the same way, he can't stand it. I think blue cheese is like that...you either love it or hate it. @Keyten77 I would like to check out that class too! :)
