早上一大份牛肉粉丝汤,半个肉松粢饭团,下午美食街有氧,吃了甑糕、烤羊肉、臭豆腐,完了回家做啤酒鸭,吃蛋黄肉粽

我家这边做有氧还是得去健身房,太危险了
