Second day of fasted cardio. Now that was an effort. My sleep is messed up. Any tips

Tips with slp is hard to give cz it depends on alot of factors, but one tip I could give is to ease up on caffeine and preworkouts .....if you are exposed to alot of it....one supp I used to help with slp was something called GABA by USN. However try to explore the natural routes before trying any supps....hope this helps All the best

Yip. Gaba works. But it's not an quick "sleeping pill" its more like it builds up in your system and you sleep better in general and after a day or 3 you start noticing you slept really better that evening. and the next evening etc.

Use a routine to naturally rework your sleep pattern. No blue light/TV for at least 1 hour before bed, a hot bath, reading etc. I've also read that eating kiwi fruit, honey or coconut oil induces melatonin production but haven't personally tried it
