Woke at 238.8, up .4 from yesterday. Did not do low calories after all yesterday, as a peanut butter and jelly on a wrap had a massive calorie hit. Finished up last summer's beers with my daughter Em, so those are out of the house. One more week of a diet break and then will hit alternate day fasting in April. UPDATE: Steak for lunch and pork chops for dinner. I'll find some carbs somewhere! Em stayed over and it was a nice visit. Weighed 237.4 before dinner.
