brkfst- 5oz yougert, egg salad(no bread), approx. total 150 cal.,30g carbs. Blood glucose level 139, higher than I expected.

snack- 2:30pm, orange, pear and celery. total approx. 110cal., 40g carbs.
snack- 4pm; 1 medium slice ham w/ slice of swiss cheese; approx. 170 cal.
late dinner-10pm; individual Reggio's pizza, 560 cal., 33g carbs; 14g protein
dessert- ice cream bar; 170 cal.

down 3 lbs in 5 days! (25lbs over-weight)

If you are using the food app to count your calories, you'll see your counts are off. An orange, pear, and celery are more than your approximation. What way of eating are you following? Not very many calories and not at all nutrient dense. Sounds like a recipe for disaster. Sorry for all the questions and negative comments, just want you to be successful in your journey.🌞

I think I'm pretty accurate in my cal. count, I go to different web sites to compare. And it's just a snack my friend!
