You can start your diet over. Don't feel bad, I just came back for the third time! But, I'm sticking it to it much much better and have already had a significant loss in the first seven days. I'm on my ninth day now. So, do not be discouraged. We'll be rootin' for you! just now

You sure can and will be successful too! We all have had set backs, but it's how you come back and recommit! I'm back today to 179 lbs. after going back up to 185 a couple of weeks ago. So hang in there and good luck! 🍀

Just don't stop trying. Someday you will make it. It always helps me to track my food and either points or calories. Sometimes it deters me from eating something because I don't want to write it down.

I suggest what Chris says, it don’t matter how fast you lose weight, what matters is that you don’t develop an eating disorder and adherence to the forever diet

Don't fear failure - fear being in the same place a year from now. That was my motivator. it is hard, but this place offers a lot of help - tools and people! Keep goin'!
