Been a few days since I've tracked or posted here; got some kind of nasty bug that gave me cramps (among other things). Monday I could barely stand, & really it took 'til yesterday to feel back to normal again. Of course, being sick means I don't work out & crave comfort food, so my weight's back up a few lbs. Never fear, though, I'm back at it today. Yesterday I read a new study that drinking 2 or more diet beverages was linked to increased heart attacks for women. Well if I count the coffee & tea I sweeten with Splenda along with the 1 or 2 diet Cokes I probably drink 5 to 6 diet beverages a day! I'm now even MORE committed to losing this extra 15 lbs, plus I need to drink more straight water & less of the stuff I've GOT to sweeten! That's the plan, at least.
