Today was the first day in 3 1/2 weeks I slid off track. Husby and I indulged in sushi. It was one meal, I had 8 pieces, was overstuffed but I can tell the carb content was awful. Thank goodness my metabolism is at a good level. I look forward to a positive (aka negative) weigh in next weekend :)
