Good for you! Wish I could but got to the office at 6:30am. I am going to start going on my lunch break. Sweat some for me 😉 

Oh I did for sure!! I typically like to go at night but find it so much more helpful in the morning. Done by 530 😉 

First day of the month and you're starting off right! 

… I'm doing a 🏃🏾 run this morning because its the last one I will be able to do for awhile because we will have 🌧 rain for the next few days :( 

Oh for sure!! Love to run! Wish it wasn’t so cold here 😭

About to turn on my tv 📺 watch one of my favorite shows and pick up those dumbbells 💪🏼

The only reason I was awake at *8:158 this morning was because of the nightmare I had about my job, where I worked in 1982! I dreamt that I'd returned to work after more than 10 years of retirement and didn't remember to include the critical "cover sheet for the typists' instructions" -- and no one told me! I awoke in a TOTAL panic! (Social Security hearing office decision writers hadn't used dictation and typists since 1993!) SHEESH!
