After a 17 hour fast. This is a pretty ugly looking lunch, but enjoyed it! I was hesitant to try the spirulina crust, but it was very tasty. of course I buttered it!

@lvisman96, I have been buying these grain free "crusts" from Mauk Family Farm. I am doing Keto, so always looking for a cracker or chip "hack". The with the spirulina have less carbs (3 net carbs) than the regular ones, plus flax & pumpkin seeds. I love them butter, cheese, avocados spread. The are crispy and don't get soggy. I get them at Sprouts!
