All i can say, is even though it's low carb, i think I'll be up on my weight tomorrow! worth every bite
Short ribs, done in the instant pot. Carmelized shallots & roasted brussel sprouts with slice almonds.

SUCH a delicious-looking meal! I'm anxious to see if it really DID make your weight go up. I wouldn't think it would, unless it's hard for you to digest for some reason - which means you'll lose it right back in the next 24-36 hours anyway! An excellent, healthy choice. Keep up the good work!

I went down .3 of a pound! I did eat late, which usually means I will gain too. But I only ate what was on my plate, I didn't go back for seconds because my husband at all the seconds haha. I thought I was going to have lunch for today :/ but happy he liked it.
