When I began in 2000, I tried the 100% over and over. I felt guilty when I cheated, I'd binge. Now I'm more of a 50/50 guy or maybe 30/70 lol! The healthiest thing you can do is keep unhealthy fat off of your body and if you need to use a lot of less nutritionally dense food to do it, so be it. It's 10x better than losing focus and regaining all of the weight and then some.

My diet is 50/50 , 20/80 , 80/20 , 0/100. I like it that way.

It’s not even possible to be 100%sure.
When counting calories and nutrition, there is always about a 20% uncertainty. Which can be major if you are not careful
