Another pound. Just eating whole foods and limiting processed foods. Tons of fruits and vegetables and just watching high calorie dense (CD) foods like nuts, fats, etc. Most like Volumetrics where you eat as much as you want to stay full with low CD foods or foods with high water content to keep full. Trying to become vegan and took my first shot at making homemade non-dairy yogurt.
