Boy, it's a little complicated trying to list every little food item. I had a big spinach salad at the Souplantation, and had to think if I wanted to try to just guess at the entire thing. I've done a lot of calorie counting in my time, but just could not really guess, especially because this program tracks not only calories, but macros. A few little slivers of beet, 3 grape tomatoes, and some slices of olives are hard to calculate. I actually had a small bowl of chicken noodle soup and took out every last noodle. Then I had a 1/2 bowl of clam chowder but took out every last piece of potato, and put in 4 of those little individual butter packets because I'm having a heck of a time eating enough fat. I'm satisfied it came out ok. This program assigned me 1200 calories, but I don't think I could lose weight on that. And now my back is so bad I can not exercise. Every left step is very painful. Fasted last night from 9pm-1:30 today=16 1/2 hr. Ate from 1:30 to 2:30.
