Fasted yesterday 2pm to 12pm today=22 hours. Did not get hungry or shaky till about 21 1/2 hours so knew it was time to eat. Ate 12 to 7. Returned to a normal Keto diet. Today's totals: Fat 70%, Carbs 8%, Protein 22%. Not every day is this good.Need to buy some Keto strips. Was reading on Amazon at least one brand seemed like "knock-offs" because they didn't work very long. I wonder what the major brand is.

wonderful that the test went well. I do not know much about strips but maybe someone around here will

Strips don't work very well for most people. If you drink enough water you shouldn't get very high or accurate readings. Some people don't dump as many ketones as others. I've read that you can actually absorb extra ketones still from your bladder.. If you really want to know, get a blood ketone meter. If you want a possibly pretty pink to purple pee stick for ease of mind...maybe...get the cheap sticks.

And Walmart and cvs etc have them for pretty cheap they all work the same
