Blood sugar 98 mg/dL

25 pushups (2019 PUSH UP Challenge!)

Increasing my pushups by one a day is starting to be a real challenge. I think I will be able to do about 30 pushups, but it will be REALLY hard to do more than that without stopping.

Normally I would be on a 'no solid food' fast today, but my Mother and I plan to make macaroni and cheese casserole today (recipie). This *requires* taste testing and when I do a 'no solid food' fast I *make no exceptions*. So, If I eat *any* solid food, it is *not* the 'fast'.

I plan to hit the gym today so that I can skip tomorrow, yet still get in my 3 weight lifting sessions a week. Yesterday I was able to easily maintain my 200lbs lifts.

Not even close crashtestdawnie hahahahaha I did consider building a gym at home years ago but decent quality equipment is crazy $$$. Plus the gym is a social thing for me, I really don't have many friends outside of it these days. Bill will be going up $5 a week from December 6. Quoting zap to join the aquadome, so now I'll have access to 2 Olympic size pools,spas, sauna on-top of the gym equipment.
