Made a typo... argh! Five days ago my weight was 173.6 kgs and today is 172.3 so lost 1.3 kgs but I messed up my chart and I am all frustrated now, stupid typing fingers!
172.3 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 52.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
