I can do this. The light is shining brighter on ending this month with a lower scale number based on the trend. I didn’t get much sleep last night so I the scale weight today should be lower but I’m ok with it. 12 oz of steak for 1st meal 1 pm today and repeating that meal at 8 pm. Got to feed the muscles from a nice workout 2 days prior. Happy Friday!

I love your backup nutritional and exercise charts. I use my net diary along with fatsecret and my Samsung note 5 measures my steps, oxygen level and stress and heartbeat level. What is neat on the oxygen level my co worker had me check her oxygen level ( she has copd) and the last two times,it match up with her doctors machine. ) It uses the pulse of finger, Amazing stuff phones do today.
