Woke at 227.4, up .6 from yesterday. Working from home today so will do 16:8 at least and try to move some water out. UPDATE: Ate a spinach salad and Nordic Nut Bread for lunch with a protein coffee. Weighed 224.0 at 5:30. Denise is out of town at a convention and Jason and I might go out for burgers or something.
