If your gonna stress eat this one of the healthier choices you could make! I like to wrap this up with a piece of 2% 45 calorie cheese and a 6g net carb tortilla. Makes a delicious lunch and easy to wrap up for on the go.

we do what ever works. Mine is a slice of Colby jack cheese and a tbsp. of almond butter. stay full for hours.

Prosciutto wrapped in real mozzarella cheese sticks in the delicatessen section of Walmart!! If im having a crappy day during work is my to go to ! It’s like 450 cal per pack you get 9 sticks I usually stop at 5 i get full 👍🏼
