Well I've sure been off track. Eating what I want, not excercising, being sick in bed all winter long. And all I've gained was 3 pounds. So it doesn't seem like it matters one way or the other, but I'm going to try one more time. This time with a doctors help to try and look a bit more presentable on the beach this summer so here we go again.
