Woke at 216.0, down 3.0 from yesterday after a good night's sleep and some movement of water and bulk. Will drink black coffee and water all day until dinner to further flush out the body. UPDATE: Got to 5 pm and weighed 214.4. Ate a dinner of several items we had laying around. Ended up at 1555 calories and 20 net carbs. 1500 calorie per day OMAD is the plan for September. Bye bye, Summer!

I don’t know how you manage to lose weight during the day! I always gain 3 pounds LOL!! Ands that usually just from a cup of coffee and a few bottles of water
