No weight loss this week 😔
64.6 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

🤔 I weighed myself after eating Breakfast & Lunch, maybe should have weighed myself first thing this morning.

I aim to weigh first thing in the morning, after using the loo and before drinking or eating anything. My reasoning is it's the emptiest I'll be all day so just "me" and therefore a more consistent comparison with other weigh-ins. I could be completely wrong though :D
