Woke at 217.6, up 2.2 from yesterday. Ate breakfast, lunch, and then met my friend Andy after work. We went to the Washington Wharf and drank four beers, some seafood appetizers, and THEN actually shared a thin crust pizza from a great place. Got home and checked in at 221.0, and THEN had some crack chicken! I'm going to pay for this in the morning! Nandos spicy chicken breast and roasted vegetables.
