All these compliments of how I am looking --Thanks so much-- are overpowering the pain and discomfort I am dealing with this morning in my left hip, right knee, right shoulder, left elbow. I think I am falling apart, LOL. Oh well, I will move on. @srossca, does Vodka provide/contribute to my goals? Yes, it's all about balance. I am rebuilding my body one bite, one sip at a time and I still still eating everything I want just not all the time. My body, my rules.

The pain is not you falling apart. The pain is your joints being effected my the changing barometric pressure. Great results.

OMAD Rocks, I use intermittent fasting about 5 days a week, very effective to say the least and most of the time it is one meal a day. It is also very effective for autophagy. that's when your body uses all the broken and wasted cells, literally detoxing your body. Sometimes when that happens you may experience some of the toxins similar to what you are feeling in your joints. I used to eat OMAD for a month and always got super tired after my meal. Doing 16/8 again and it seems to work better for me

@Chesgreen-Everyone should follow your example of not mixing or even worse, washing down Ibuprofen with alcohol. I haven't heard that term used before, so I don't know... You're doing great!
