Happy Monday. ((Day 1 of X of a planned fast))

Had great intentions of depleting the glycogen levels in my body by drastically dropping my carb intake to sub 10g per day this past weekend in preparation for a fast but that didn't go as well as planned.

I ate only breakfast and dinner on Saturday and ran my normal 4 miles instead of having lunch. This running route has quite a few elevation changes so I will not get bored of it anytime soon.

I will catch up on my food entries for Friday evening through Sunday when I get into the office shortly. I have full intentions of sticking to this fast that started after dinner last night.

Hope everyone has a successful week with their plans.

Update #1 - I am almost 15 hrs into this fast and I feel good. If all goes well, I could end this day at 15K for steps.

Thanks @gaelicgal & @Draglist. Back at ya! Thanks @Mom2Boxers. It should but my hip started acting up (been holding the rail to go up and down stairs since Saturday evening) and I will have to hold off for a few days. Thanks @veggieKaTe 10 hrs 24 minutes in. I want updates from you as well.

That run will really help deplete your glycogen Ches, love your "Go Get'em" attitude...hope your week ahead goes great too!!

Thanks @John10251, hills are brutal and awesome at the same time. Thanks @Steven Lloyd. I would love to run today but I am having a difficult time transitioning over curbs today even 4 inch ones with my left leg. No worries, my attitude determines my altitude.

Thanks @cstella1. Lunch was spent walking 45 minutes in 91 degree weather with a real feel temperature of 96 degrees. I now have 2 fans blowing on me.
