Leaving for Europe in a few days. Doesn't look like I'll make 169 in time, but that's ok. It's all good.

You'll probably reach 169 while in Europe. I usually take off pounds, even with all the wonderful food. Moderation is the key; but try lots of new things unrelated to food.

Thanks. I'm really looking forward to it. We'll be walking a lot too. It'll be amusing to weigh in about 2 weeks. But I'm not worried; I'll go right back to regular woe and things'll balance out in no time.
