I just finished it!! It is very tough, but doable!! You can do this!! Join the FB support group. It's very helpful! Glenn Livingston posts very helpful stuff in there all the time.

I’m in the middle of it and I really racked my brain to think of something I would never eat again. But you just reminded me of something: little Debbie’s smh Complete garbage and absolutely addicting because of the HFCs. Well anyway I chose to focus on being accountable/ mindful When it comes to my Never and Always.

@SoCalPam you could probably do grilled cheese just use real cheese and grill on some romaine or cheesy crackers with butter... I like mine buttery...
