Feeling terrible to the point I don't want to eat. My back started acting up and now is so severe nothing is helping. I'm trying ice and heat, OTC and creams. Haven't been eating and haven't been counting anything. I feel like crap!

I'm so sorry. My leg is acting up and I don't feel like doing anything, either. It's a good day to rest, heal, and binge-watch Netflix.
