LATE ENTRY, June 1, 2018

Woke at 212.2, down 1.2, from yesterday as I lost a lot of water overnight. I have a business lunch out today so I will not do OMAD and will be adding more restaurant mystery calories. UPDATE: Had the great burger as shown in the other photo. Then was supposed to meet a guy for beers after work. He didn't show, but I still had two amazing craft beers at the City Tap Room (didn't get the wings, though). I went home to be a good boy, but Denise said, "We're going out for ribs." That led to the other amazing photo at Lefty's. The waitress forgot to put in our order at first, so she brought me an extra beer and those fried pork skins to make up for it. So I ended up with four beers in me plus all the good BBQ and fish. And then, on our way home we stopped at Sonic. And yes, I had a small chocolate sundae. First time I've had real ice cream in forever, but that added to a calorie and carb bonanza for the first day of the month! Got home at 214.4, so the waking weight was the day's low. Taking my daily calories up a bit in June to 1570, but I'm still planning to do mostly OMAD and keto level macros. Also will try to get in a 72 hour fast at some point. Have a great month!

That sounds like a great day. Sometimes a splurge does us good mentally which helps with the physical. This sounds like that sort rather than the “I’m going to hide in a cupboard and eat a family tub of ice cream” type splurge. Have a great day!
