Low carb ‘fat head dough’ rolls!! Sooooo good ✌🏼

They are relatively simple - I invested in a food processor and that made it a hell of a lot easier than the first time I made them 😆 It’s mozzarella, almond flour, egg, baking powder and cream cheese formed into a dough and baked in the oven! If I remember rightly 4g carbs each 🙌🙌🙌
