Back on track today, Happy with self. I have three exams left and once they are done I'm going back to the gym. also wondering has anyone got any good meal prep plans? I'm getting bored of the foods I'm eating and thinking about replacing cheese and bread for healthier alternatives cause they cause me to bloat. Thank you everyone who helped me yesterday, I was in a big low and you all cheered me up 😊❤
