Cheese “crackers”
I used the sliced cheese from Costco. The variety pack. You can use the smaller cheese (precut) or the sandwich sized sliced cheese and cut it yourself. Put some parchment paper on a cookie sheet and place the cracker sized cheese slices all on the sheet. Make sure there’s enough room so they don’t melt together. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, place the cheese in the oven for 30 mins. Let it cool off on the stove and there you have it!
