5/11/18 LATE ENTRY

Woke at 214.4, down 1.8 from yesterday as some draft beer helped me push out some water. However, blood ketones were only at .3 millimolar, showing that ketosis won't occur with alcohol in the liver. Fasted until dinner while working at home. Took blood ketones again and got to 1.4 millimolar, so that's a clear indication I'm getting into solid ketosis every day on OMAD. Weighed 215.2, so the waking weight is today's low. Will flush more water and do OMAD on Saturday and then will do something for Mother's Day on Sunday as both kids are coming over.

Nice...I've been travelling a bit so not as engaged on FS other than logging, hope your spring/summer goes real well Bill and you see some fat melt away!!

I hope so too Bill, I joined up for the Ride to Conquer Cancer, fund raiser up here in Canada. Very worthy cause as you know personally. Also, this gives me added reason to train harder this spring to get ready for the event (200km over two days in the Rocky Mountains and foothills).
