😢😢😢 Tears of joy! I'm so proud of myself. Starting to understand my body and not getting into any temptations even when my weight is going up as I know it will pass.
We bought a stepper a week ago and I'm having a mini workout every day after work. Apart from that I'm doing my cardio every workday during lunch break for 45min. We will sort out our bikes as well, hopefully this weekend.
One of my work mates came back from maternity leave this week and told me yesterday she couldn't recognize me when walking behind me. Only when I turned around while holding the door for her, she was like 'omg it's really you?!' Made my day!
My sister motivates me each time she says we will be borrowing each other clothes very soon! In my head, she was one of the triggers for starting this journey, so thanks Sis!
