An easy-to-prepare dish that's very tasty.

Directions
- Put oil, soy sauce, cooking wine, some pepper and salt into a bowl.
- Cut up and place chicken into that bowl and let marinade for 5 minutes.
- Put chicken into a wok or any large pan and fry on high heat stirring the whole time.
- When chicken is cooked, add the broccoli and cook until bright green.
- Cook rice then add everything in a bowl and enjoy.
